Faces, bodies, postures, objects, and ordinary signs of survival carry the pressure and vitality of the world: humor, exhaustion, illness, aging, care, fear, gratitude, resilience, ego, and the strange persistence of being still here.
My work moves through digital paintings, hybrid images, drawings, prints, and experiments. Some pieces lean toward distorted figurative work and comic-influenced portraiture. Others take the form of strange creature studies, where vulnerability, endurance, humor, and damage become more direct and symbolic.
Most works begin with drawing. Even when developed digitally, I want the image to retain visible decisions, irregularity, revision, and human touch. I am interested in images that feel structured but still alive — made, revised, scarred, and animated by the hand.

Give Life Goods is a related project shaped by my transplant experience and focused on transplant, recovery, wellness, resilience, care, and the complicated gratitude of continuing life after major illness.
