Still Here Studies is an ongoing series of drawings and digital paintings about resilience, recovery, altered bodies, humor, and the strange work of continuing on.
The creatures and symbols in these pieces are not meant to illustrate illness or survival literally. They are small patched-up beings, repaired hearts, awkward victories, and stubborn signs of life.
Some studies may remain simply as artwork. Others may eventually inspire products through Give Life Goods, my project exploring resilience, healing, and the experience of still being here.
